NC Senators Vote AGAINST Gun Reform Legislation

Not even 24 hours after the events in San Bernardino, the worst mass shooting in the United States since the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, Congress voted AGAINST banning people who are on the national terror watch and no-fly list from buying firearms. They also voted AGAINST background checks for online and private sales of firearms - including highly lethal assault weapons used in these mass shootings.

Please sign the petition to our NC Senators calling on them to support gun violence reform measures instead of voting against them.

Dear NC Senators,
I'm a constituent of yours, concerned about the epidemic of gun violence in our country.

I was extremely disappointed in your vote AGAINST banning people who are on the national terror watch and no-fly list from buying firearms and your vote AGAINST background checks for online and private sales of firearms - including highly lethal assault weapons used in these mass shootings.

I will only vote for candidates that make gun reform a priority.

I expect my elected officials to take strong action on common sense gun reforms like Universal Background Checks.

I'm asking you to do better in the future.
